A member of the Service Excellence Committee, she also assists with HR-related topics, helps to lead discussions about employee engagement and much more. At some point, Fran interacts with almost every Centerstone Kentucky employee!

“Fran has a genuine concern for Centerstone Kentucky staff,” writes her colleague Pam Guerrero. “We see it in her passion for delivering trainings, the way she engages training participants and her desire to be thorough with the information she provides to the newest staff members. She often goes the extra mile to connect a staff member with the right resource, and follows up on concerns.”

Fran is especially proud of helping to implement many positive changes to the New Hire Orientation Program over the past few years, as well as helping to launch the CSA and TCM certification programs. She writes, “I’m thrilled to be a part of an incredible team who supports me and helps me be the best facilitator/trainer I can be. I am also humbled and honored to be able to touch the lives of so many incredible employees who truly do deliver care that changes peoples’ lives.”

Fran has worked for Centerstone Kentucky for over six years. Prior to that, she spent 13 years as a trainer in direct sales and was also a trainer and facilitator with Kentucky Child Now. Fran has a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a certified social worker. She is also a credentialed Master Trainer from the Association of Talent and Development (ATD).

Originally from Michigan, Fran is one of nine children and has extended family all over the United States. She has been married for over 25 years and has two children in college, one stepson, a miniature schnauzer puppy and one cat. In her free time, Fran enjoys reading, participating in book clubs, going to the movies, gardening, traveling, walking her dog, hanging out with family and friends (especially over good food) and watching her daughter swim in college. She even announces swim meets on occasion, and has had the opportunity to study in both Spain and Nicaragua.
